This project was developed using ASP.NET MVC to streamline and automate shipping operations for eCommerce businesses. The system simplifies the label generation process by automatically creating shipping labels directly from order details through integrations with third-party courier services such as Royal Mail, Whistl, and Yodel.
Instead of manually entering complete customer and shipment information for each order, the system retrieves and maps order data automatically, saving time and reducing human error. A key feature of the application is barcode-based processing, where courier services can scan the package barcode to instantly fetch customer and shipment details, making dispatch operations faster and more efficient.
The platform was designed to improve fulfillment workflows, increase processing speed, and ensure accuracy in shipment handling. By integrating courier APIs and automating repetitive tasks, the project significantly enhanced operational efficiency and provided a smoother shipping experience for both businesses and logistics teams.
