Built using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core with SQL Server, the application features a Razor-based frontend enhanced with JavaScript/jQuery and AJAX for dynamic interactions and efficient communication with backend services. Integrated multiple eCommerce platforms including Amazon (REST API), Shopify (REST API), and eBay (SOAP API) to automate order retrieval and processing.
Implemented advanced features such as order tracking, inventory updates, and automated shipping label generation through integrations with courier services like Royal Mail, Whistl, and Yodel. Designed secure and scalable APIs along with role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure data protection and controlled access across the system.
Additionally, integrated GoCardless payment gateway using REST APIs and webhooks to enable secure, reliable, and real-time payment processing. Optimized backend workflows and database queries to support high-volume operations, ensuring strong performance, scalability, and data accuracy across the entire business lifecycle, including customers, products, purchasing, suppliers, finance, and reporting.
